When booking a motor service via email, please take the time to submit the following details to facilitate prompt and efficient service.

We need to know your name, address and telephone number so that you can be contacted during the normal working day.

Next we need the details of your motor and boat. For instance we need the make, model and year of manufacture of the motor, and whether it's a 2 or 4 stroke motor.

We would also like a brief description of any problems, like 'hard to start', - 'will not idle' - 'not pumping water' etc.. If it's a new engine requiring a first service, or just a standard routine full service.

This information helps us to get a general idea of the time and parts we may need. If we need further information we will contact you via e-mail or phone before the service date.

Please state a *prefered date of service and pick up time.

*We are always busy and are generally fully booked two weeks in advance. Please make sure you book your boat in early for an up and coming offshore trip or holiday. We don't want to spoil things for you by being fully booked and unable to assist.
